Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have exceeded from date of purchase, we are unable to grant you a refund

To be eligible for a refund/exchnage, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned see list below for more details.

  • Earrings are non-exchangeable/non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless the items are faulty at delivery.
  • Under-garments are non-exchangeable/non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless the items are faulty at delivery.
  • Any engraved items are also non-exchangable/non-refundable.
  • We cannot offer exchange or return for items which have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return.
  • Discounted items purchased during flash/sample sales/limited time promotions.
  • Promotional materials are non-refundable. If you are returning a product that comes with a promotional item, you must return both the purchase and promotional item. Otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted when issuing your refund
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) outlinedd below:-

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds/Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed:

1. For a refund - A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days of receipt of goods.

2. For an exchange - We will issue the exchange of the items within 7 working days.

Customer Return Process

The customer will need to take the following steps to submit a return request:

1. Log into, then go to My Account.

2. Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders.

3. Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.

5. Click Submit Return Request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
